Cork Coasters

These coasters were designed to be sold as an assortment of opening price point coasters in Walmart stores. I was inspired by the aesthetic of Kate Spade and the handlettering trends at the time.

Geometric Fruit Bowl

This geometric fruit bowl was designed to have a geometric structure to it. The challenge was to create triangular shapes that were large enough to save cost on materials, but small enough that smaller fruits like cuties or kiwi wouldn’t fall through the holes in the basket.

Geometric Wine Rack

This geometric wine rack was designed to fit a variety of wine and champagne bottles. Later renditions of this product involve making it collapsible to save cost by not shipping air and taking up less space on the store shelf.

Over the Cabinet Basket with Towel Bar

When designing this basket, I was given the objective to create a basket that would serve three purposes: a basket, a towel bar and a small trash can. The handles make it easy to hold a Walmart bag as a trash bag and make it easy to hold the basket if it is carried to another part of the house when storing cleaning supplies. The towel bar provides a convenient spot to hold a hand towel.
